Great beach

The listing was as described. We had wonderful weather. Condo was comfortable and clean. Condo could use some cups to use on the beach with lids. When we stripped the linens a few of the pillows were duty underneath. There were fobs listed as how you activated lock to door and no fob was provided. But overall it was great to stay in the condo. Would recommend and would stay again.

Parking issue

The condo was nice - it was clean, eveything worked, kitchen was well stocked, etc. The only issue was finding out where we were supposed to park. We even called VACASA and they couldn't tell us.

Amazing condo!

We loved our stay at Crystal cove west. The balcony was our favorite spot, we were able to see dolphins and sharks from the view off the balcony. Only one complaint, there was a little bit of sand in the top bunk bed sheets. We would definitely stay again!!

Know this before renting this unit!!!

This property is dirty and not well maintained. There are only 2 elevators and often 1 wasn’t working. We stayed one week for a softball tournament. The door code stopped working after day 1 and we were locked out. Then the Wi-Fi network that was provided didn’t exist. And we were told to call the internet company who gave us a new one. Then the dryer didn’t work. Many calls (to a call center overseas) and emails later with several promise dates, we left and the dryer was never repaired. Now we’re traveling home with dirty laundry - stinky softball uniforms etc. This unit is by the ELEVATORS and very loud - at night you can hear what sounds like metal cables screeching any time the elevator is used. The AC unit is also VERY loud. One bright side is the kitchen is very well stocked.I would not stay here again and certainly not book with a rental managed by Vacasa.

The place was clean enough, nothing stellar. The kitchen had plenty of dinnerware, pots, pans, etc but there were no coffee filters or k cups, they must throw away every single thing left behind as there was no salt, pepper or cooking oil either. I have stayed at a plethora of rentals from various platforms over the years and this was the most scantily appointed one to date. Also, this building is 14 floors with two elevators for the entire building so there is almost always a line of people waiting to get on and it takes forever. The location was decent.

Beautiful, Clean and What We Wanted

It was a nice, roomy condo. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was pretty big. The bathrooms were nice with soft towels. The balcony was really big with a wonderful view. I don't have any complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this property.

View and relaxation

Beautiful updated property. The sound of waves from the balcony were so relaxing. This condo was perfect size for my daughter, her 2 children (age 10 & 12) and myself. Lots of things to see and do close by. We would definitely stay again.

So clean and decorated beautifully.

Communication with Turnkey was excellent! Perfect stay in this unit. The furniture was clean and comfortable, the mattresses were comfortable. The kids loved the full over full bunk bed. The patio was spacious with comfortable furniture. Kitchen was good, don’t forget to bring extras like salt and pepper! We also loved the indoor pool and hot tub! Thank you! We will definitely want to stay again.

The property itself was very clean. Nice location. Liked the idea of a coded key entry, it was just to long to remember and often didn't open on the first or second try. Not a fan of having another code to get out to the Beach. And the biggest disappointment was the elevator. Upon arrival only one elevator was working. But the 2nd day there was no working elevator leaving us to climb 12 flights of stairs. Fortunately, we were able to get our luggage, groceries etc before the break down. But other people were not so fortunate. Overall, our stay was good, the actual condo was nice. The bed hurt our backs. But the kitchen was nicely furnished. And they left plenty of linens. Loved the location. It is was very quite at this end of the beach.
