LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The open living area offers a comfortable, coastal setting where friends and family can relax and spend time together. Enjoy movie nights on the large flat-screen TV or gather easily thanks to the open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and spacious granite countertops, making meal preparation simple and enjoyable. Guests can dine together at the table seating up to six or use the additional seating at the breakfast counter. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during your stay.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This house participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

After a full day of sun and sand, retreat to the spacious primary suite on the second level. This peaceful haven features a king-size bed perfectly positioned with views of the Gulf of Mexico and private access to a balcony where you can enjoy the soothing coastal sounds. The large primary bathroom offers a granite-topped vanity with dual sinks, a sliding barn door for privacy, and a fully tiled walk-in shower. On the first level, you’ll find three more bedrooms: one with two twin beds perfect for kids, another with a king bed and easy access to a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and a cozy queen bedroom with its own private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double sinks. All-Mohs-Paradise comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and includes flat-screen TVs in every bedroom plus Wi-Fi to share your vacation moments with friends and family.

The covered parking area is big enough for 2 vehicles and can help shield you from the occasional afternoon summer rain shower.

No pets are permitted on this property.

All-Mohs-Paradise is located just a couple of miles from historic Fort Morgan, where guests can explore local history or catch the Mobile Bay Ferry for a scenic ride across the bay to Dauphin Island. This peaceful area offers a more relaxed pace while still providing great local dining, including Tacky Jacks, a longtime favorite less than a mile away. The drive to this beach house is well worth it, rewarding guests with serene surroundings, beautiful coastal scenery, and a true escape from the crowds.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Minimum age to rent is 25. This is a non-smoking property and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. The onsite outdoor elevator is not available for guest use. No pets are permitted. This house does not have cable but every TV is a Smart TV with streaming apps.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Monthly rentals are welcome from November 1 - January
