The place was dirty dirty. Cabinets had finger-food prints, cob webs going across the cabinets, toilet was dirty, mildew above the tub and on the shower curtain, a lot of the dishes were dirty, multiple outlets didn't work, including the outlet for the tv. We reported it immediately and were told maintenance would come. They didn't show so we called back later that evening and were told the maintenance man wasn't working but they'd put a call in for the morning. He never showed our entire stay. This unit is pretty much equivalent to a Ramada Inn. There was an additional small child pool or shallow hot tub (couldn't tell which) that was out of service and the ground by it was all jacked up as they were doing maintenance. That should've been stated.

Don’t stay here. Our room was horrible at the west beach location. Glad we were only there one night. Staff nice and lobby nice but room terrible. Would provide more details and specific room number (just in case other rooms are nice) but VRBO censors reviews.

We arrived at our room at 12:30 am. The door code was text to my phone therefore we did not have to deal with anyone. When we got to our room it was clean and well organized. 5 stars all of the way. Great stay

I spend a lot of time in Gulf Shores and this was by far the best condo that I've stayed in and look forward to my next trip here. The host was very informative and this trip had no issues. I would recommend this condo over all of the others that I've stayed in over the past 10 years. Can't say enough good things about it.

The room was clean and offered a nice view. But the furnishings were dated, tired, and the “white printed” chair was worn and stained. Hooks on the bathroom wall would have been helpful, and the bedside lamp in the bedroom was not working.
