Relax in either of 2 living rooms with cozy sofa beds & fold out ottoman. 2 person - electric recliner with 75" TV for gameday as well as 65" in front living room. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of this property, complete with essential amenities like WiFi, 2 Fully stocked kitchens, 2 W/D, over 800 sf of deck space perfect to watch sunsets, 2 propane grills, 2 picnic tables and plenty of parking for all your entertaining needs! 2 storage rooms stocked with beach chairs, toys, canopies, coolers and wagons. Beautiful property! No complaints. Two kitchens was nice. Everyone had a great time! Plenty of space to spread out. Pool was perfect too. Grill worked great. Beach toys were nice, great location! The best host!

We had a wonderful stay! We had a huge group so we used the entire house and there was plenty of chairs, wagons, canopies, toys, pots, pans, air fryers, fridge space, all of it! Erich was a gracious host and made sure we were happy the whole time! The pictures of this house do not do it justice, it is truly beautiful and close to everything ! We had 7 kids and they loved staying here. A great time was had by all!

We enjoyed our stay. The only grievance we had was the inaccuracy of the listing which states:Have plenty of chairs, umbrella, canopy, cooler, wagons, toys for kids etc…only thing you’ll need to bring are own beach towels…We only brought towels because we thought everything else would be provided. There were a few chairs and that’s it. With our group, we really could’ve used the umbrella, canopy, cooler, wagons. We had to go buy items which was inconvenient.Other than that, everything was great.
