Step underneath the home to discover a fantastic outdoor area, equipped with a propane grill, prep sink, and picnic table—perfect for enjoying alfresco meals after a day of beach activities. As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf through sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the living space with natural light. The newly updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a standalone ice maker, with a dining table that seats 10 and additional counter height seating for four, ideal for gathering with loved ones. Convenience is key with a laundry room just off the dining area, featuring a stackable washer and dryer and a second full size refrigerator hidden behind charming sliding barn doors. Relax in the cozy living room, which includes a flat-screen TV and ample seating, plus a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Step out onto the screened-in porch to enjoy the ocean breeze, equipped with fans, a sofa, Adirondack chairs and a bar height table that seats 6. About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older to reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
