The views were amazing and the location was great. However, the mattress on the king size bed left a lot to be desired. Any movement by one person would wake up their partner. Also, the chairs at the table need felt pads. And the batteries in all the remotes were low and did not work well. The place was clean and stocked with essentials.

We had an amazing stay, condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our family and friends. Very nice area with beautiful beach views. Definitely recommend staying here 10/10

Wonderful

Girls’ beach trip was amazing. There were 12 of us and we all had plenty of room. The condo was very nice and updated. It was also located on a lower level near the stairs so it was a quick few steps to the lobby and the beach. The toilet paper holder was off the wall in one of the bathrooms. That was the only thing that we saw that needed fixing. Overall an excellent condo and relaxing weekend!

A Wonderful Stay

The property was nice and clean as well as the room. The room was spacious enough for 4 families with 7 adults and 5 children under the age of 8. We had a wonderful time especially with the lazy river and water slide.

Great location, easy access to parking, beach and pool. Our group of 9 felt comfortable. Would question 14 people. Disappointed that basic necessities weren’t provided (I.e. toilet paper, basic condiments for cooking, salt & pepper, Kleenex, dish soap, bathroom soap. Would suggest a curtain to keep hall light from bedroom. The fitted sheets did not fit the master mattress.

Convenient Condo

Loved the 3rd floor location with easy access to parking. Well equipped kitchen, great bedroom & bathroom layout. Overall perfect condo for a large group with beautiful end unit views, would book again.

2023 Vacay

We had a great stay here at the Phoenix Rentals. It was a nice location and a very nice place that had everything we needed. The only complaint I would say we had was that the outside pool was FREEZING cold, therefore my grandkids did not want to slide or play in the wade pool. That was a disappointment but thankfully there was the indoor pool. Overall, it was great

Wonderful Stay!!

The unit is spacious! We had plenty of living space for our group. We were missing a few things so I contacted Michael and we had the items an hour later! Now that’s service! There are security folks around the condos at all times so the property felt very safe. The staff at Phoenix took care of the property always cleaning everything, even the grills every day. This unit is on the third floor so we were able to park on the same floor and walk a very short distance to our condo. We had folks ages 12-75 and everyone had an absolute BLAST!!

Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. It had a great set up and everything was clean. We were very happy with the location being so close to the beach and also having access to a pool. We had a few minor problems which were solved immediately. Overall, we would recommend this property and would stay again.

Wonderful place

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! Being directly on the beach, it’s perfect for family trips, with various ages coming and going from the beach at different times. The two pools are fantastic, and the kids LOVED the slide. We had a couple of days of stormy weather, so be aware that even the indoor pool closes if there is lightning in the area. Understandable, I guess, but hard to explain to the kids. The kitchen is fully outfitted with pots, pans, dishes, etc, which is great for cooking in. Suggestion for the owner - please replace the kitchen faucet. It is loose and won’t swivel, and is so frustrating to try to use. Also the shower heads are below par for a property at this price. Overall we loved it, and had a great week!
