We really enjoyed our stay. It is a beach property so you still have signs of various wear on the property but the communication was fabulous. You are very close to the beach. We love staying in Morgantown

Nice house. Fenced in backyard great for our dog. Beautiful neighborhood. Convenient walk to beach and pools. Prompt and friendly communication with property management. Would definitely stay here again.

Dog Friendly Beach Vacation

We had a fabulous week in Morgantown with our dogs. Enjoyed the close access to the beach and the pool. The porch was great to sit and just relax outside. The property was clean and well kept up. Highly recommend!

Me and my families stay was amazing. The house was beautiful and very clean. Location was the best a very quiet neighborhood and about a 5 min walk to the beach. The house had all the things we needed like beach chairs, umbrellas even a wagon to carry all our stuff to the beach. All you need to bring is your clothes. The property manager was there when and if we needed her. Greeted us upon arrival which was a bonus and If we needed anything she was accommodating to our needs. All in all this family beach vacation was the best yet with how close everything was for us. We will definitely book again and cannot wait to get back to Morgantown!!!!

Fall break trip

It was our first time to the area. The house worked great for our dog and needs. It helped to have a fence/ gate! The porch was comfortable for sitting and reading. We were close to two beach access spots as well.

Last minute Memorial weekend booking

Property is a short walk to the beach. My grandkids and fur baby had a blast. Property mgmt checked in on is to make sure everything was fine and sent us a message about a fireworks show scheduled Sunday night.

a great getaway

This was our first time staying in Morgantown. We enjoyed the development and this house. While there is some wear and tear on the outside, the house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the house stayed cool, the washer and dryer worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean. We also enjoyed the porch and the fenced in backyard for our dog. Altogether, we are very pleased with our rental. Thank you for a great week at the beach.

Morgantown

Nice house, not the cleanest there was a film of dust on everything you touched possibly due to a very dirty furnace filter. Needs alot of updates and repairs but overall it was a very comfortable and nice place to stay had a whole house all to ourselves. Loved that it was pet friendly and that it had a fenced in yard. We would stay there again.

The rental company is attentive and professional. The AC works great and the fenced backyard is so nice for the dogs. It is just a short walk to the beach.

Loved the location, walking distance to the beach and pool. Check-in was easy, was even allowed to check-in early after a 14 hour road trip which was wonderful! Neighbor is very family and pet friendly. Loved being able to take our dogs to the beach. Beach was never busy, very relaxing atmosphere. House needs some TLC. Piece of siding missing and exposed wires in the backyard were a large tripping hazard. Upon arrival we noticed several lightbulbs were burnt out, they did send maintenance the following day, however not all lights could be replaced. 2 light strips next to stove did not work and later found that th 2 outlets they were attached to also did not work. 1 light in main bathroom burnt out and was a special bulb so couldn’t be replaced while we were there making bathroom fairly dark. Upstairs bathroom mirror broken, maintenance stated he was aware and new mirror was ordered, didn’t help much for our stay. We also found a live cockroach, they sent out an exterminator the next day. We then found several dead cockroaches the few days. For the price we paid we were very disappointed with the quality of the house and facilities. Large main pool had a loose filter cover that my son fell in and tore his leg up pretty bad. While there were many nice things, overall would not choose this house again.

Great family spring break!

We had an amzing stay in Morgantown on our family spring break. We drove a long way from Kansas City and found the home to be a perfect size for my husband and I and our 3 kids. My 13 year old had his own room and my 2 youngest shared a room with 2 twins. We had our own space and balcony upstairs. The house had a yard which was very convenient because we brought our dog along. the family room had plenty of space for us to enjoy a movie together after a long day at the beach. Beach was a very quick walk from the property and my boys enjoyed playing in the sand and in the waves. It is about 20 minutes from Gulf Shores proper, but there are a few restaurants nearby and a dollar general for all your needs. We loved our stay!

Unpleasant Beach Getaway

The property was very unclean. Stove still had grease on it, shower curtain in lower bathroom had mold on it. Dead roach in same bathroom, used skin ointment tube under nightstand table, ice maker was moldy had to go out and buy a bag of ice. The bed had a huge spot looked urine on it so we turned the mattress so we didn't have to lay right on it. Had to spend an hour after traveling 8 hours cleaning it up. The onsite manager was helpful. But overall this house needs some maintenance work and definetly better cleaning. Sad when the housekeeping fee is so high its still not clean. Will not stay here again, will go back to the property before as was better overall.
