The location for this condo is VERY PRIVATE and wonderful. It's an END unit on the property with undisturbed large natural area abutting this part of the resort! 3rd floor in 5 story building. Good gulfview.

We have 10 condos in total at the Gulf Shores Plantation and you can see them all at GSPcondos dot com

Who wants EXTRA TIME on vacation? You do? We offer that! We let our guests go on property as soon as you get there (anywhere from noon on) to use the pools walk the beach etc.

Now access to the condo itself is anywhere noon to 3 p m. as when it has been cleaned and is ready we text you the four digit keyless entry code as soon as it is ready! NO registration center to go to at 4 and wait in line to get the vacation started!

Sassy Bass (wonderful!) Restaurant on property as well as new Ice Cream shop by entrance to resort!

This unit is in the building that is part of the best indoor pool at the resort. Literally a 30 second walk to the indoor pool/hot tub/exercise facility/steam room.

This is an ALL NEW UPDATED (as of May 2023) 1 bed 1 bath gulfview condo at a great resort with 6 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, tennis and more!

NEW queen bed (as of May 2023) with queen sleeper and wallbunk so can sleep 4 adults and 1 under 10 year old child, or 2 adults and 3 children. 5 people max.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

Tranquil and Updated Gulfview Condo with Excellent Amenities

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO property! The condo is incredibly updated and offers a very private location as an end unit. The natural area next to it adds to the tranquility. Being on the 3rd floor, we enjoyed great gulf views. The proximity to the indoor pool, hot tub, exercise facility, and steam room was fantastic—just a 30-second walk! The resort amenities, including 6 outdoor pools and tennis courts, are impressive. The new queen bed, sleeper sofa, and wall bunk comfortably accommodated our group. Plus, it’s only a short walk to the outdoor pools and the beach. Highly recommend!

Cute little studio, perfect for me and my husband. Fort Morgan is family friendly and quiet. He was there to play golf at Kiva Dunes and it was very convenient for him to walk there. Would definitely go back.

We love the plantation

Excellent communication with owner!! Neighbors really need to replace their sliding doors it was constant open and closing all hours of the night sounding like moving furniture... we loved staying here but it’s very tiny for us we will return to a larger one. But we weren’t disappointed, we never are when visiting any plantation condo!! We are just a family of 4 and we are all 6 foot tall up to 6’6”!! We were elbow to elbow in here. 😉 perfect for a couple, my husband and I would be perfectly comfy here without the two teens. Thanks so much for letting us use your condo Rob, we enjoyed our vacation!!
