Spent eight days at this great little hotel. Very friendly staff. Good rooms and beautiful gardens and pool. Reasonable breakfast provided. Positioned a little way out from the busy beach area but an easy walk there and there is a regular free shuttle bus. Some night noise from the nearby ice bar. There is a really nice family thai restaurant about 200 yards away on the right just before the roundabout on the way into town. (P'aouy restaurant)

I booked a junior suit for our valentines vacation, the room looked nice Initially until I inspected close up, where I found cobwebs everywhere and dust, the breakfast was limited so it was a waste of money to have breakfast included in our package.

comfortable accomodation on more of a budget. the rooms were spacey and the resort itself is quite nice. there's a lovely pool surrounded by palm tree. there's an outside bar right next to the pool where you can order food too.

Very nice hotel...but... we stayed nova samui resort for 5 day's very nice facilities and very nice hospitality except one woman in the reception she had an ironic behavior to us...First she told us not to walk with bathing suits in front of the reception while other people were doing the same and she didn't tell the nothing...Furthermore we needed the reception help to make some emergency phone calls because we made a wrong deal with motorbike rentals and she had a bad judgement to us...criticising our deal with the rentals...Every time we were passing in front of her she was looking us with a bad eye...without any reason...we were always polite...That's the reason why we don't give a five to the hotel...because of one person...All the other people in the hotel were very polite to us and we thank them for the good service we had...

I stayed here for a week after visiting Ko Phanang. The prices where very reasonable indeed, the pool is excellent really good size with 2 small jucizzis in the pool area. The rooms where clean and a good size also with air conditioning. It's also in a excellent location only a 10 minute walk to the strip. On the negative side the Internet is very poor,it constantly logs you off as the sever they use is external. The rooms aren't always cleaned every day which was a little disappointing. And there is a lady who works there whose small and where's glasses around early 40s. She's very very pilote and friendly but a bit of a jobsworth, she watches you like a hawk and doesn't miss a trick. It's hard to explain but you'll no what I'm referring to if you stay here. But overall a good hotel.

The garden inside the resort is really beautiful. Can see from balcony what's going on in the garden. The pool nice a big. The room was clean but a little old. The stuff very friendly! There is a private parking place with a lot space. It's near chaweng walking Street and the chaweng lake. Can rent motorcycle opposite from Street. For the price we payed all together quiet good!!!

Arrived at hotel, not that far from airport. There are quite a few steps to get up to reception, did not see any lift, so not good if you have any problems with steps. All looked very clean, Reception staff very friendly, and check in all good. We stayed in a junior suite, which again was very nice, All wood, looks a little dated, but overall nice, it's what you see in the pictures. Bathroom a little dated, but nothing to worry about, room was clean, and nothing to complain about really. Our room had nice balcony, over looking pool area, which was nice, Pool was great, very clean and well looked after, only problem here is it closed at 6pm thought that was a little early. Breakfast was basic, not the best to be honest, but staff very friendly, hotel was not busy, so may be choice limited. Internet, worked but not great, Overall nice little resort, we had a nice stay here, would defiantly be back, remember it is a 3 star resort not a 5 star, so it's great value for the money. Only a short walk to shopping area, and a bit further to walk to beach area, they offered free transport to the beach. But we walked. Free beach towels from reception each day.

Whenever I'm in South East Asia, somewhere along the journey I will take in the Surat Thani to Donsak coach ride and the ferry over to Samui. Why always Samui? Because even with all the development of recent years, the island still maintains its 'tropical island paradise' merit. So when I arrive on the island, in my opinion there really is only one place I will stay and, that place is Nova Samui. The hotel is on the quiet side of Chaweng which means it's close to all the main party areas and the beach, but far enough away to be a place to get away from it all, especially as the hotel is set in tropical gardens with an array of birds, insects and lizards to spot. Each room has a porch you can sit out and listen to the sounds of the tropics while enjoying a cold beer. The hotel is a great place with equally competitive rates generally. Two issues though, there can be quite a walk to your hotel room from the reception and that may mean some fairly prolonged and steep steps depending on the location of your room. The second issue is mosquitoes, they seam to know the best route into the room without assistance and there were many! Don't assist them further by leaving your porch door open for any length of time, otherwise it's 'human buffet night' for our mosquitoe friends. Other than that always a wonderful stay.

Hotel is quiet and away from beach (15 minute walk - regular free shuttle bus to the main drag if you don't fancy the walk) some noise/ music from outside at night but didn't bother me, Stayed in 431 junior Suit which was very comfortable and closer to reception than last time I stayed here and not at the top of the hill - wifi is free. All staff were polite and very nice -I'll go back here for sure

I came to Koh Samui for 3 weeks business. This hotel was booked by my company, when I read some bad feedbacks about it, I was worried but trust me, it was totally different for what I did experience. We got picked up from airport and dropped in lobby waiting for checking in. A lovely lady came out w/ welcome drinks on her hand and friendly smile to us- that was my very first experience when I was staying here. The staffs were so friendly and super helpful. They gave you everything you need in a second. The room was so nice and clean, AC worked really well and we got a great view to see a part of Koh Samui. Breakfast is something you shouldn't miss. There was a lady can remember what is your favorite egg to make for you without telling her in second time. Swimming pool is very clean and big, enough for our team 16 pp to hang out there. They have a van to drive to the Central Festival or 5 mins by walk to there where you can find everything you need from supermarket, cinema, food courts and shopping, etc. Thanks Nova resort and the team for such a good time we had there. Keep it up!!!
