This hotel did quite well compared to others I have stayed at on Ko Samui... They were waiting to pick me up from the Airport when I arrived, and they promptly took me to the hotel. Check-in took about 5 minutes, which was nice because my plane was delayed and I did not arrive until quite late at night. The staff was very friendly and they were always able to help me with whatever request I gave them. The breakfast buffett was pretty good, also the pizza I order from room service was not bad! As for the not so stellar aspects: The pool has sharp rocks on the edge from which I recieved a pretty fantastic cut on the bottom of my foot, which was not fun, I did see 2 dead roaches- but it is a tropical island and they were outside, lastly there were little ants that invaded anything that was sugary and you left sitting for more than 5 minutes. Overall this hotel was pretty good... really friendly staff, free shuttle to the beach, free breakfast, and free wi-fi were probably the best highlights.
