Villa du Golf - GUJAN MESTRAS

Located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, in Gujan-Mestras, close to the golf course, in a residential area, our villa welcomes you for your stay with family or friends. Situated on a 1000 m² plot, the villa features an enclosed garden with terraces, a private swimming pool (4x9m), a 4-person spa, a solar shower, and outdoor furniture. The house consists of a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge opening onto a semi-covered terrace and the swimming pool, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a toilet, and a laundry room. The bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed (two twin beds), and two bunk beds; one of them has access to a private terrace at the rear. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom. Bed linens, table linens, bathroom linens, as well as heating and air conditioning are included in the rate for stays of one week or more. For shorter stays, a flat rate for linens (sheets, towels, and kitchen linens) will be required. The swimming pool is available from May to September, weather permitting. Electric vehicle charging stations are available. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a travel crib.
