Come and enjoy an exceptional stay in Gujan-Mestras in this magnificent 70 m² chalet, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
This accommodation is located in a holiday residential park and offers a living environment that is both functional and relaxing.
For your relaxation, you will have a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as a pleasant shower room. The main highlight is its superb terrace and balcony, offering unobstructed views for your evenings outdoors.
The sleeping arrangements include a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a second bedroom also with a double bed (140x190 cm), and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm).
For your complete comfort, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment has Wi-Fi access so you can stay connected during your vacation. During the summer season, from June 15th to September 15th, you will have access to the condominium's shared swimming pool from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, from 15 June to 15 September..
For activities and transportation, you will be ideally located just an 8-minute drive from La Hume beach and 10 minutes from the famous Chez Bidart oyster bar. Shops are easily accessible, with an E.Leclerc supermarket a 7-minute drive away, and you will also enjoy the proximity of the town center's restaurants.

## Emplacement
Gujan-Mestras est une commune située dans le bassin d’Arcachon. Sa façade maritime s’étend sur 7 kilomètres et abrite 7 ports que vous pourrez découvrir grâce au sentier du littoral ; il vous sera possible d’observer leurs bateaux de toutes sortes, de goûter des huîtres fraîches ou simplement de profiter du paysage et de l’odeur de la mer. Un peu plus loin, vous pourrez découvrir la fameuse Dune du Pilat, haute de 110 mètres de haut, qui offre un panorama incroyable sur la baie d’Arcachon, la forêt et le phare du Cap Ferret.
