Ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): kitchen, living room with wood stove and large bay window overlooking the garden, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet and 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed.
Upstairs: Mezzanine with lounge area, 1 140 cm bed + sofa bed for extra sleeping.
Baby equipment: 1 cot + high chair + changing mat + bathtub.
Private semi-enclosed garden (50m²) with terrace (10m²), 7 hectares of land to share with the owners. Animals on site (horses, goats, chickens, parakeets). Horses welcome for €10/night/horse. Possibility of fishing and swimming (unsupervised) on site in the pond. Departure for hikes with access to the old quarries which have become turquoise blue ponds.
Sheets, towels and table linen provided. Electric vehicle charging station 7km away in Brossac. Spacious cottage with beautiful volumes, design and clean lines. Fabulous site of an old mill, greenery and water are omnipresent. Departure for hikes on site to the woods and blue lagoons.
