Comfortable farm stay in lovely area

The property is adjacent to a working dairy farm, which can add value. It is about 10 mins walk from the edge of Guisenney, which is one of the bigger villages in the area. There are 3 places to eat. In May, the two restaurants in the middle are not open many nights. We eat at the modern one and it was excellent, with great service. We also eat at the old Watermill on the edge of the village (to the east) which is a nice dining experience. The village shop is well stocked and open all week until 8pm. The property comprises of an open plan mezzanine with a tight stair case. Claudie was helpful but we felt there was a lack of storage space; was also unclear on EV car charging arrangements so used the public facilities (extremely cheap in France); also unclear on the arrangements for bringing towels. There are some superb beaches locally and the coastal path in both directions are superb; stunning scenery.

Cracking Little Gite

Lovely little place. Very homely and a great spot. Near a farm so you will notice some animal smells but the highland cows and goats are lovely. There is a farm shop selling amazing meat next door. Overall superb

The gite was very comfortable and well equipped. The area is just fabulous.

We had a very happy week in the gite. There were bikes to use if we wished, a full-sized table-tennis table in the large barn which is available for gusts to use. The gite itself is well equipped. The shower is excellent (although the shower screen is currently slightly rustic in operation) and the kitchen had everything you might need. The courtyard catches the evening sun and provides a bit of a suntrap in the evening - ideal for G&T o'clock. Would happily stay there again.

Parfait mais dans l 'annonce .un séche linge est noté, mais il n 'y a en a pas .seul bémol nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie le linge a eu du mal a sécher sur étendoir . Le séche linge aurai était le bienvenue .

Je kan geen 5 minuten in het tuintje zitten wegens stank van boerderij, bijzonder onaangenaam. Vrij veel vliegen binnen wegens aanpalende boerderij.Geen vuilzakken te vinden.
