Die Wohnung ist gross und hat eine Top-Lage mit Terrasse direkt am Meer. Restaurants und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz im Innenhof. Sehr gute Ausstattung, insbesondere auch der Küche. Vermieterin zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Verdienterweise insgesamt die maximale Punktanzahl bei der Bewertung.

Cet appartement est très agréable, la vue est imprenable sur la mer et l'entrée du port. Il est très bien agencé et permet à une famille de 5 personnes d'être parfaitement à l'aise. Un bémol : les charges ne sont pas indiquées en détail sur l'annonce et sont à régler en sus sans avoir su par avance de quelles charges il s'agissait. Sinon, tout était parfait.

séjour très agréable pour jeunes et moins jeunes

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréeable à observer l'entrée du port de pêche depuis le balcon et à jouer sur la petite plage rocheuse juste en face de la maison. Le marché, les magasins et les restaurants sont tous accessibles à pied, nous avons donc laissé la voiture dans la cour pendant la majeure partie de la semaine. L'hôte est sympathique et accueillante et vous fait sentir tout de suite chez vous.

Bon séjour. Maison très agréable. Vue magnifique sur l'océan.

Appartement très bien agencé. La vue du salon sur l'entrée du port est magnifique et a beaucoup plu à nos parents âgés. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied. La region est vraiment très belle et encore sauvage. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. Merci à Mme Rousseau pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Terrasse "Zur schönen Aussicht"

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in der originell und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung les Etocs verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß, lichtdurchflutet und die Küche wirklich komplett, mit viel Geschirr, Töpfen und Küchengeräten, eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch.Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Mme Rousseau, unsere Gastgeberin, hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und auch noch ein Plätzchen im Keller für unsere Fahrräder organisiert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Hafen und alle Geschäfte sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir im umzäunten Hof parken. In der Nähe der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Strand und links und rechts des Ortes gibt es lange weiße Sandstrände. Guilvinec ist kein reiner Touristenort und für uns Landratten war das tägliche Anlegen und Ausladen der Fischerboote am Nachmittag eine sehr interessante Sache. Wenn die Fische abtransportiert werden hört man auch in der Nacht schon mal einen LKW vorbeifahren. Uns hat das aber überhaupt nicht gestört.
