We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located between the Li river and the Sickle Bay. To the west, the pier is only a mile away, and the motor raft is easy to book to enjoy the magnificent waves rock scenery. To the east, the Sickle Bay, a world natural heritage site, is great for hiking to have the breathtaking overlooking on top. The hotel has the scenery nicely blended in. Whether you enjoy a nice dish at the restaurant, or just enjoy a book with a cup of tea at the tea house, you will lost in time. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. We got a huge local grapefruit to take back home, which was a nice treat. We definitely want to come back again to enjoy.

This place is a long way from Yangzhou, about 40min. Pictured are misleading, as it is on a dry river bed, not on the Li river. Once you get over the shock of being so remote actually the service is very friendly, beautiful hiking and amazing rooms. The pool is only in use over the summer months. A great place to get away from the noise for a couple of nights. Bi far away from Yangzhou activities.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Xiao che ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta delle montagne attorno alla struttura, ai ragazzi del ristorante e a tutto lo staff che si è preoccupato per noi e ci ha coccolato tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Luogo magico che ti lascia senza fiato, hotel stupendo, camere spaziose, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Chiunque fosse interessato a vedere le famose montagne ritratte nelle banconote da 20 yuan dovrebbe scegliere questo hotel, davvero eccezionale.

Wonderful Retreat / Escape.

This was a lovely surprise. It is on the quiet side of the river, meaning you have a 5 minute ferry and a buggy cart ride to get to/from the hotel, but what a blessing that is. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are outstanding, so helpful, full of advice, and constant care. We went caving with the owner, we did hikes, we rode horses, we went to local shows, and spa making for an amazing three night say. I might suggest checking if the pool is open which it was not, but other than that the staff really make this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, modern touches and a touch of cute. Would definitely recommend this hotel for ones that want to visit the area but seek to be just slightly out of the crowds of Guilin and Yangshuo yet still have full access.
