My friend and I stayed here for a few days and received excellent service checking in and out. The location is excellent and is in very close proximity to the pedestrian street, Elephant Trunk hill, Sun and Moon Pagodas, etc. Due to increasing COVID cases in China, we wanted to check out early, and the hotel refunded our extra days without any problem. Almost all of the staff we interacted with spoke English and were friendly and helpful. If you want to swim, be sure to bring a swim cap - they very forcefully enforce this rule (another guest had a whistle blown at him repeatedly for trying to get in without one - could have been handled more professionally on the part of the pool attendant). Also, there were bats swooping around the pool in the evening - maybe it's better to swim during the day.
Great hotel. I read some mixed reviews, but coud not see anything bad there. The only thing I can think of is that since I had a Club executive room and I cannot be sure that their regular rooms are as great.

Dear Guest, thank you for stay and sharing your feelings with us. Our hotel is located in the city center of Guilin. Beautiful Li River is just on the opposite side and taking a walk along the river would make you relax. The Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun & Moon Pagodas, and Guilin style Zheng yang Walking Street and the ancient style East & West walking street are all hundreds meters away. We sincerely await for you and meet you again in Guilin in near future.
