We invite you to experience our beautiful holiday house far away from mass tourism in calm, rural surroundings. We offer you our fully detached first class holiday home for two. Your holiday residence is part of our more than 30.000 m² measuring finca; on your holiday you can call a house of 75 m² with its own plot of 250 m² your place - private pool, patio and barbecue inclusive. The garden counts with subtropical plants and you will have an incredible view over the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of La Gomera and La Palma.
Here on Tenerife’s west coast above the villages of Los Gigantes and Playa la Arena we rely to have sunshine on 350 days a year. You can look forward to enjoy our very calm and silent Finca next to a nature protection area on 450 m above sea level. Pass some untroubled holidays on our Finca even in winter terms under dreamlike sun. Enjoy your holiday doing some off time activates. Discover Tenerife culturally and the island’s gastronomic specialties.
You can reach the next village, Chío, in about 5 minutes by car, it’s just about 3 km from our Finca, or you can also reach it by en excursion enjoying the beautiful environment. To get to know the island or to do your shopping you will need a car. We can offer you our fire-red Ford Mondeo to hire. It comes with A/C and automatic gearbox, just send us an email.

Furnishing

In our stand alone holiday home you will find – not counting the incredible Ocean view and the next door islands La Gomera and La Palma – a completely furnished kitchen with fridge and freezer, a gas oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee machine. Next to the kitchenette you’ve got a little dinette with a wonderful ocean view.

In the residential area you may have a seat on a comfortable couch, read a book, enjoy music on the 3.1 sound system or watch a movie on the LED flat screen – ASTRA offers you German and English Satellite-TV or you may also bring your own movies with you.

In the bathroom you can count with a tasteful shower, a washing stand with space to put your stuff in and a toilet with a funny lid. The bedroom is pretty bright, painted in fresh colours and arranged with modern furnisher, inviting you to be comfortable.

You’ve got your own patio with a nice barbecue in the outside area. During your barbecues you have a very nice view into the garden and the ambience. A comfortable bank invites you to enjoy the sunset under palms - depending on the season, diving into the sea or disappearing behind one of the neighbour islands.

On our Finca, we are living from and for the nature.
The water we are using is of the highest quality from a next by deep well; our electricity is generated by the sun – in isolated operation, without connection to the public electric supply network. During the rainy - adverse weather period over all in winter we might have an undersupply – for those cases we do have a diesel generator.
We grow wine, fruits, vegetable and spidery in our own garden, for our own needs. We are glad to may offer you some of our seasonal crop for sale.

The mobile telephone network of Telefónica, Vodafone and other providers supports our Finca with coverage. You have internet access via Wi-Fi free, fair usage provided. Our satellite dishes are focusing ASTRA; you can receive German and English TV and Radio stations.
Already at the beginning of your holiday, we spoil you with a bowl of local fruits and a bottle of excellent Spanish wine.
The villa features a kitchen and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. A Smart TV comes with satellite channels and a DVD player, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
