Our accommodation features a main bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a cozy living-dining room, and a full bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a cozy bunk bed and another bathroom with a shower, as well as two spectacular terraces that will provide you with breathtaking views of the ocean and the mountains.
Imagine enjoying a meal on the outdoor terrace, surrounded by a beautiful sea view, or sunbathing on the indoor terrace, while you relax and disconnect from the world. In addition, our building has an elevator that will take you directly to the second floor, where our duplex is located. We have fast 100mb fiber wifi and a Smart TV to enjoy online series.
Don't worry about parking! We have numerous free parking areas nearby, and even a free covered parking lot just 300 meters away. Plus, you'll be just three minutes from the beach and the restaurants and supermarkets in the area, allowing you to enjoy everything that Playa San Juan has to offer. Sauber und Gute Lage
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist sauber. Die Ausstattung ist abgewohnt und sollte dringend erneuert werden. Keine 4 gleiche Weingläser, Couch ist durchgesessen. Die Wohnung ist günstig, aber wir wollen eine bessere Ausstattung und sind bereit auch mehr zu zahlen.

Das Appartment ist über zwei Ebenen, in der oberen Ebene befinden sich zwei Balkons, der eine geht zur Mitte der Appartmentanlage, da kann man nur auf Balkone der anderen Apartments schauen, das ist wenig schön. Der andere Balkon hat seitlichen Meerblick und direkt schaut man Wohnmobilparkplätze und auf ein trockenes Flussbett. Dorthin leeren leider viele Ihre Hinterlassenschaften und urinieren auch direkt dorthin. Der Geruch ist hierfür typisch, dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, der zu dem Appartement gehört, das ist daher eine echte Aufgabe einen zu finden. Das Appartment wurde uns sauber übergeben, leider wurde vergessen uns den Wasserhaupthahn zu öffnen, es hat eine Zeit gebraucht bis wir das gelöst hatten und Wasser bekamen. Die Einrichtung inclusive Teller und Besteck ist das Billigste was der Chinesenmarkt zu bieten hat, das ist schade. Die Duschen tröpfeln nur, da die Brausen schon verkalkt sind, Der Wasserkocher war neu, der Kühlschrank funktionierte gut und das Doppelbett im unteren Geschoss war zum Innenhof hin, man hörte daher die Nachbarn kommen und gehen. Das Bett war nicht gerade komfortabel, die Einrichtung wie bereits beschrieben sehr einfach. Der Balkon Richtung Parkplatz war mit Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet, der Sonnenschirm musste leider oft zu bleiben ,da er dem Wind nicht standhielt. Dennoch saßen wir häufiger auf dem Balkon. Damit sauber, groß genug für 2 E plus 2 K, techn, Geräte funktionieren, aber recht einfach.

Il proprietario non si è degnato di richiamarci quando eravamo in difficoltà per il codice sbagliato e per le indicazioni scarse ed inprecise che ci aveva rilasciate. Abbiamo telefonato più volte e non ha risposto. L'appartamento in effetti poi non e' male e ben attrezzato anche se in quatto adulti due si sacrificano a solaio.
