Welcome to this typical house, situated 2 km from the walls of Guérande, in a small village with a marsh adjoining garden, facing south, with a small view traict and the Church of Croisic.
The house consists of:
Ground floor: living room with fireplace and wood stove, open kitchen (dishwasher), dining room, bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 twin beds 80 and 3 of 90 beds including 2 bunk beds); bathroom with toilet.
Garden (furniture: tables, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, deckchairs).
We are at the heart of the salt marshes, in a quiet environment, close to the business center "salt of earth"; bike rides to the Pen-Bron, the coast, the beach (5 km), La Turballe ...
Beautiful walks can be programmed: Batz sur mer, Le Croisic, Piriac sea, La Baule, Briere, and of course, Guérande
