FARMHOUSE MONTESALCE-BLUE APARTMENT

The guest house is located within the farmhouse. A typical stone farmhouse overlooking the Valdichiascio (in ancient maps we speak of "Badia Montesalce), in open countryside, but only 10 minutes from Gubbio, 35 from Perugia, 40 from Assisi. The area is well served by buses. We are right at the footpath of St. Francis's path. The ancient stone farmhouse consists of 4 apartments + 1 double bedroom with bathroom (studio without kitchen) all with independent entrance. All have their own outside area with table and deck chairs available to guests. The apartments can accommodate from two to six people and consist of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside there are tables and deck chairs, a barbecue and plenty of green space at guests' disposal.
Trails in the woods and surrounding fields allow for relaxing walks, hiking or mountain biking (available for guests free of charge).
Guests can do various activities with our animals (donkeys, pigs, hens, geese, turkeys) as well as, if they like, to be "peasants for a day" by playing small and relaxing farm jobs with us.
Courses, cooking, art therapy and holistic massages are other activities on the Montesalce farm.

The BLU apartment is a two-room apartment, well cared for in details and romantic, cozy and fully equipped, composed of living room / kitchen, bathroom with shower, large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A wood stove (in addition to the radiators), with wood supplied free of charge, makes this apartment warm and welcoming. The view from the windows on the Valdichiascio hills is spectacular! in beautiful days you can admire the Sibillini Mountains and Mount Vettore.
The rate shown is for daily rent. It is also possible to have breakfast and dinner, which can be booked directly on arrival.
