Please keep in mind that you are staying in a private villa, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and respect. If any issues arise during your stay, we are committed to resolving them as quickly as possible.

➜ Stays of 7 nights or more: Guests will be responsible for the electricity bill. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out. A refundable security deposit of $200 US will be required prior to check-in.
