Close to pretty much everything , the only down side is having to ring the doorbell and wait for the front desk to open the door. The area is not bad but the wait outside is the one thing I didn’t like . Everything else is ok. Sometimes it’s noisy overall very convenient to get to many parts of the city by Uber.

The hotel is on the Main Street very very loud inside the building, the ceiling fan was noisy. Upo. Arrival they gave a room that was occupied so had to wait for them to assign a different room. Clean hotel very poorly managed!

The hotel location is very convenient and walkable. Its easy to go around and even with a luggage, I have no issue as the room is at the ground floor. I enjoy the amenities especially the television where I can watch Netflix or You tube. The staff are very accomodating. I am thankful for a convenient and safe experience.

Villa Verona está bien ubicada en la zona céntrica de Guatemala, las personas que atienden el lugar son muy amables. Respetaron mi reservación y me comunicaron todo. Tienen un restaurante en la terraza pero solo es comida Italiana, caminando está el mercado central, puedes pedir por delivery y hay un supermercado a dos cuadras caminando. Recomendable para hospedaje en pareja o individual, niños no recomendable.

Me dejaron sin reservación

0 Recomendable el lugar, "reservé" desde el 14 de febrero para mi estaría el 27 de marzo y resulta que cuando llego no tomaron mi reservación, que no tenían habitaciones disponibles y que no podían hacer nada, incluso una semana antes quería confirmar si en efecto estaba la reservación y me comentaron que si cuando no fue así. Lamentable porque uno no se espera tener esta respuesta cuando se "supone" que deben de tener el espacio cuando se reservó con un mes atrás. Me ofrecieron luego la reserva para el día siguiente (28/03) y cuando llego para que me hagan el Check in, la misma historia, que todo estaba reservado y no podían hacer nada, horrible la atención, no te ofrecen soluciones y mucho menos una disculpa por el inconveniente cuando claramente FUE CULPA DE ELLOS. No reserven porque no sirve de nada porque no toman las reservaciones, solo pierden su tiempo.
