Não é ruim, mas também não é bom!

Pontos Negativos: Devo dizer que não atendeu às nossas expectativas. Os principais motivos dizem respeito a um erro no anúncio: 1. Só tem UM banheiro que está de fato apto para uso. O outro banheiro fica na cozinha, tem um metro quadrado apenas, o chuveiro não funciona e é desagradável seu local na casa assim como sua estrutura. 2. A televisão não funciona bem. Não sai som e não tem todos os canais da TV aberta. Fora isso, é um apartamento pequeno que não é confortável para acomodar 6 pessoas como é sugerido aqui no anúncio. Acomoda, mas com desconforto. Pontos Positivos: O ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, as camas são boas, a localização é ótima, a estruta do prédio é agradável, eletrodomésticos funcionam e são úteis apesar de antigos. Posta minha avaliação geral, gostaria de dizer que nos sentimos prejudicados e gostaria de solicitar algum ressarcimento para compensar nossas perdas de conforto da viagem.

Desde o início da locação atendimento nota 10, José e sua esposa pessoas que não temos o que falar. Apartamento super aconchegante, limpo, próximo da principal avenida e 2 minutos da praia. Simplesmente perfeito, e com certeza voltaremos!
