Excelente Experiência

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, uns 300 metros da praia. Da pra ir andando bem tranquilo. Tem muito restaurante bom por perto. Fui com meus pais e o AP é muito amplo. Nem conseguimos usar todo o espaço por falta de tempo. A limpeza e higiene do local é impecável. O prédio é muito silencioso. Já combinei com o proprietário de voltar!

A estadia foi ótima, o apartamento é como descrito. Bem completo, limpo, organizado e moderno. Facil acesso, fica perto de tudo, uma ótima localização. Otima segurança. Pontos negativos:1º Estávamos com crianças e para acessar a cobertura você subia uma escada e nela não tinha corrimão. 2º A Jacuzzi descrita não estava funcionando, estava toda lacrada com papel filme. 3º Você não pode receber NINGUÉM. (Estávamos em viagem em familia e algus familiares que não ficaram com a gente hospedados no mesmo edificio, não puderam ir conhecer o nosso apto) Fora isso, ficaria novamente.

Imóvel bom mas precisa de melhorias

Gostei da localização e do tamanho, porém na imóvel possui uma hidromassagem que não pode ser usada, e que na minha opinião já teriam que deixar isso especificado no anúncio, pois aluguei por conta da hidro. Também não possui ar condicionado, sendo bem quente, principalmente para dormir, o quarto também tinha cheiro de mofo, então não ficamos muito confortáveis

Cobertura com excelente localização!

Cobertura com excelente localização na enseada, bem decorado, tem uma hidro dentro da cobertura, pena que o aquecimento da água não está funcionando. Nesse dias chuvosos que pegamos seria um diferencial. Bom espaço interno, dormitório é pequeno. Tem área da churrasqueira com uma linda vista do mar. Aparelhos eletrônicos novos, tem Netflix! Quero agradecer o anfitrião Oséias, pela estádia muito agradável nesses dias, atendeu prontamente toda dúvida que tinhamos, uma pena que o tempo não ajudou. Mais uma vez, muito obrigado!!

A localização é ótima!!! Leve roupas de cama, eles não disponiblizam nem materiasi de limpeza. A cobertura é bem bonita e estava super limpinha.
