Gostoi muita da recepção , mas no app dizia ter piscina e não tinha , não tem serviço de quarto , poderia pelo menos ter opção de mais toalhas e uma lixeira. O café da manhã gostei mas no último dia de estadia ,faltou muitos alimentos q só tinha quando no hotel tinha mais hóspedes, de resto foi tudo tranquilo , a suíte bem gostosa e limpinha.

Hotel deixou a desejar no atendimento e limpeza

Experiência horrível, atendimento péssimo, falta de segurança, não fizeram o cadastro do casal, não disponibilizaram café da manhã (no site informava que estava incluso), não limparam o quarto, estava um barulho horrível com diversos estilos musicais terríveis, quarto com cheiro de morfo, chuveiro péssimo, pois não caia água direito e não esquentava, ar-condicionado quebrado e estava com mosquito. A única coisa legal do hotel é que fica bem localizado.

Reserva uma coisa e quando chega no end é outra.

Reservei um hotel de frente para o mar, ao chegar no endereço estava tudo fechado, entramos em contato e pediram para direcionar em outro endereço pois o hotel estava em reforma, reservei um quarto de frente para praia e o hotel que passaram ficava 100 metros da praia. Estão vendendo algo que não é real e ficamos sabendo na hora que chegamos no endereço.
