Sobre o apartamento e localização é perfeito, só não é perfeito a questão dos utensílios da cozinha e limpeza, não tem praticamente nada como uma leiteira, um bule para passar um café , não tem travessas não tem uma assadeira nada exatamente nada esse é um ponto muito negativo além de não ter um pano de prato e nem pano de chão , tive de comprar esses utensílios para poder passar com minha família o feriado de Páscoa.

O apartamento é muito bom, mas algumas coisas foram problemáticas na chegada. Não nos foi informado sobre a necessidade de abertura de registros de gás e água fora do apartamento, e só conseguimos descobrir com a ajuda da portaria. Também estava sem wifi, o que só foi resolvido no segundo dia da estadia. A estrutura do condomínio é ótima, mas não é tão perto da praia para quem está a pé.
