Apartamento perfeito pra quem foge de dirigir 🚗

O apartamento é maravilhoso , dono muito gentil , não tinha nada de cheiro de mofo como disseram em outro comentário, havia um cheiro incômodo no Hall de entrada do prédio que fica no térreo, similar ao mofo , mas acredito que seja fruto do cigarro de um morador do prédio, mas o apartamento dele é bem arejado no 1 andar , ventilador de teto nos cômodos, tudo estava ótimo, só tem um detalhe , as formigas , que são um tanto incômodas, não pode deixar nada aberto ou farelo de comida que ela aparecem. De resto vocês vão amar , pq é muito próximo da praia , tudo perto , você não precisará de carro para nada. Vale a pena pra vc que busca sossego, a rua não tem barulho, muito calma.
