Potenzial gegeben aber leider sehr dreckig

Das Anwesen ist sehr schön in der Natur gelegen und auch eine vorbeiführende Stromleitung stört nicht. Die Wohnung ist zwar erst etwa ein Jahr alt, wirkt jedoch deutlich älter. Dies liegt daran, dass zu wenig geputzt wird. Überall waren Spinnen und Spinnweben. Der Boden war dreckig und das Bad nur sehr oberflächlich gesäubert. Der Tisch speckig. Da fühlt man sich nicht wohl. Daher ist mein Fazit: Potential vorhanden, aber es wird nicht genutzt. Wir buchen künftig nur noch direkt von privat.
