O espaço é ótimo, estão em obras então no futuro talvez esteja ainda melhor. Entretanto faltaram algumas comodidades anunciadas como secador de quarto, um pouco mais de cabides. Tivemos que pedir até papel higiênico. Claro que são coisas simples e não deixaram a estadia ruim. Acho que são pequenos cuidados que não dificultam o serviço da equipe. Mas a piscina é ótima e limpa. O café é bom. As pessoas são gentis e educadas!

Cheguei no local as 21:30 apos 12 horas dirigindo, e tive que esperar 15 minutos (contados de relogio) ate aparecer alguém pois o funcionário estava assistindo televisão, cheguei no quarto e não havia papel higienico e nem sabonete. Quando o atendente chegou a comunicação era pessima, não sabia explicar as coisas, e tambem não tive recibo das aguas que tomei pois a pessoa na recepção nao sabia mexer no computador. O hotel é lindo nas fotos, mas não as fotos não representam o que o lugar é. Apesar de ser uma viagem de trabalho, como é fim do ano eu ia levar a minha noiva, ainda bem que eu nao levei, a decepção seria bem maior.

Decepcionante, essa talvez seja a melhor palavra. A vista é incrível, desde que o quarto seja ímpar. Está bem judiada e mal cuidada, logo, mal limpa, toalhas finas velhas e mal cheirosas, assim como lençol e travesseiro, sem falar que a cama de solteiro de nosso quarto deveria ter 2t de ácaro e mofo, pois foi eu deitar lá e quase morri de tosse alérgica, isso que não sou alérgico. Foi eu sair dessa cama e passar pra cama de casal que melhorou. É um hotel que não indicaria.
