Na chegada fui verificar a reserva, pediram que o pagamento fosse antecipado, porém não foi aceito CARTÃO DE CRÉDITO, eu estava sem o cartão de débito. NAO FUI PARA OUTRO LUGAR, porque seria cobrado de todo jeito, pois a reserva foi feita on-line. A sorte que eu tinha dinheiro na carteira. MAS, ACHEI UM ABSURDOOOOOO. Quanto a estadia EXCELENTE.

Não gostei. Faltou sabonete e xampu para banho e não tinha informações sobre o telefone da recepção, o que tive que ligar por telefone próprio para o fixo. Pedi com prioridade logo pela manhã e não me repassaram. O valor da estadia muito cara por não oferecer nem ao menos café da manhã. A nota fiscal até o presente não entregue.

Um hotel que encanta!!!

Os staffs sao muito cordiais, educados, pacientes e atenciosos (Sr Diego, Sr Willian, Sra Sofia, Sr Vandervan). A seguranca do hotel eh boa e organizada. As normas sao seguidas. As instalacoes sao muito limpas e novas. O SPA, a piscina, o fitness center, a quadra de squash muito limpos.

É um flat e não um hotel!!!

As acomodações são excelentes, porém não se trata de um hotel e sim de um flat, porém com ZERO serviços. No check-in e no check-out te obrigam a realizar uma vistoria de todos os itens do quarto. Extremamente demorado e desgastante!!!

Hotel novo, mas com problemas na limpeza

O hotel é novo então é melhor do que muitos em Brasília, mas se você precisa ir para o plano piloto vai precisa de carro e paciência no trânsito (dependendo do horário). O grande problema foi que apesar de a descrição dizer que o hotel tem limpeza todos os dias isso não é verdade. Nosso quarto não foi limpo por 3 dias, quando reclamamos disseram que não tem camareira nos domingos e feriados. Como ficamos no hotel em um final de semana com feriado na segunda ficamos sem limpeza (a recepção não soube explicar por que não limparam no sábado). Tem um shopping e dois hipermercados perto, mas é preciso carro para ir neles. O pessoal da recepção é atencioso e prestativo (apesar do problema da limpeza do quarto).
