i think there should be a plain self serve coffee service every morning in the lobby not just weekends..Room service tray set ups should be reviewed..I was served 2 salads with no dressing...no salt and pepper...no water...

This would be the 5th time a stay at NH Collection, I now know the staff by name, and so do they! There willingness to accommodate, and it helps when they have great internet service, large shower, 24 hr room service, SPA on site. The location is also prefect!
Fast internet access, clean bright and spacious bedrooms, some of the rooms facing the fair grounds have the best views. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and most of them speak English.. This is the 4th time I've stayed and I now know Susana, Oscar, Cesar and Adrian, they are the best! I don't even think about another option this is the spot, friends that either join me on my trip of meet me at the hotel, tell me that the location is impressive! I strongly recommend you stay at NH Collection
