La Camilla, a private villa with a pool within walking distance of the village

La Camilla is a perfect holiday rental for a family or 3 couples.  Walking distance to the town of Grutti, a very well-maintained garden with beautiful views everywhere, and a private swimming pool.

The holiday rental is centrally located in the Todi area (you can see Todi from afar). Sleeps 6 to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The garden of the private holiday rental La Camilla is very well-maintained and a real pleasure to be in. There are open grass areas, areas with trees,  there is a vegetable garden (guests can use this), and the views are beautiful from everywhere, with Todi far away and rolling hills everywhere.

The pool is situated above the house. It is 4 by 8 and  1.50 m deep. There are sunbeds around the pool. There is a barbecue here, waiting in a corner to be used.

You can walk to Grutti (ten minutes), a lovely village with bars, restaurants, a small supermarket, and other shops. The next big supermarket is 7 km away. La Camilla is easy to reach over a small tar road, with the last 300 meters not asphalted but in very good condition.

Private holiday rental La Camilla is a stone-built home with terra cotta floors and wooden beams. The ground floor has a spacious sitting room with a fireplace and dining table. The kitchen is ideal, with good working space. There is a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 4-pit gas cooking hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, and more.

The ground floor has one bedroom and a bathroom (with a shower). There is a washing machine.

The living room has two doors to the outside. The portico (covered open area) in front of the house has an outside table and 6 chairs, plus a swinging chair for 3.

The first floor of this private rental has two bedrooms. One has a bathroom (with a shower) in the room, and the other bathroom is in the hall. Both bedrooms can be made up as twins or doubles. The biggest bedroom has an extra single bed, making it suitable for 3 guests.

There is an outside staircase as well as an internal one (open stairs that take one up from the living area to the hallway of the first floor).

This holiday home has fly screens in every window. Each bedroom has a fan, and each bathroom has a hairdryer. There is a cot and a high chair. There is a DVD  player and satellite television with Netflix. There is wifi internet.

When renting for more than one week, the house will be cleaned once a week.

The pool is open from the middle of May until the third week of September.

The final cleaning is € 100, to be paid upon arrival.
The tourism tax, also to be paid upon arrival, is €1,20 per night per person older than 12.
In case you need to use the heating, this will be paid before departure: €6/m3.
