Our family enjoyed our stay for four nights. Beach was really nice with small waves and nice sand. The restaurant on site for breakfast was perfect. Kids enjoyed pool and the parking and access to rest of the Island was good. Some restaurants nearby within walking distance. Staff were very attentive. Balconies were nice with kitchens if you wanted to stay in. The only slight negative I can think of is the hot tub was not really hot but still enjoyable. Next time we will do the jet skis on sight.

Wonderful location with beautiful beach. Restaurant facing the sea which was nice however the restaurant manager was very unfriendly to our party of 3. The other staff both at the restaurant and front desk were incredibly nice and accommodating. The hotel was under extensive repair due to hurricane Irma, which was good to see that they were fixing things, however it added a lot of noise. The hot tub was broken the entire time and each day was told "hopefully it will be fixed today", but never was.

I love this hotel! It was my first time In Guadalupe and I had a really good time. Excellent staff and service, friendly atmosphere, clean, not to mention the food! I walked arround and I would say the location is very convenient, and the private beach very relaxing and peaceful in comparison with others. My room was spacious, confortable and quiet, with a cozy well equipped balcony, and a nice view of the pool and the beach. Very good value for a three star!, I would highly reccomend this hotel, I could not expect more!

We had the misfortune of having to stay at this hotel, thankfully for just one night. Another hotel we had booked made a booking error and cancelled our booking there. We had been in the Caribbean for two weeks and had stayed in some lovely places. This was the unfortunate last stop for us. It started at checkin. It was extremely disorganized and the staff were so distracted that they dealt with dozens of interruptions before we got our key. I now understand why. The hotel is not clean - in either the public areas like the lobby, pool or restaurant or the rooms. The finishes are all very cheap and badly maintained. There are chips everywhere in the tile floors. The beach is actually quite nice but there are so many sand fleas that we left completely covered in bites. The straw that broke the camels back for me was that on the morning of our departure there was NO water in our room at all. The front desk was completely unconcerned and told us it might be fixed by 4. We were leaving at 1145. We had no way to shower before our long flight home. Internet access is almost non existent. They told us to stand on the balcony and hold our devices in the air and it “might” work better. This was not an inexpensive hotel at over $200 USD per night. As I said at the beginning- do NOT stay here. It is the worst hotel experience we have ever had and we travel extensively.

I spent a week at this hotel. The pool and small beach were nice and most of the staff were helpful. The breakfast was average for a three star hotel. There were good places to eat nearby. Unfortunately the room, elevator and corridors were not very clean and the air conditioning did not work most of the time. Also, the area is very congested with traffic. The management needs to improve the appearance and service of the hotel. We liked Guadeloupe but would not return to this hotel.

Cheery, bright, and clean hotel, with attentive and friendly staff, a lovely private beach, a large pool, buffet breakfast, and all around good service. Rooms were quite large, with ample towels, working A.C. and nice beds. Downside were small tv's and weak Wi-Fi. I can put up with the t.v., but strong Wi-Fi is essential nowadays.

Stayed overnight due to flight layover. Room was dated but very clean and comfortable. A/C (set with a remote) took about 40 minutes to cool room but it did cool the room. Surprise was the balcony/patio area which had a fridge, microwave, sink, 2 burner stovetop, coffee maker, and a full set of cooking and eating utensils. Would be very nice for vacationing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was okay (did breakfast buffet and was satisfied). Several other restaurants within short walking distance (recommend seafood place -- L'Oursin Blanc).

The hotel gave us a lovely room which had sea views. The room was clean and large, it was of a good standard, but everything on the island is very expensive for what it is so we were happy with the choice. There is a kitchenette which you could easily cook in if you wanted to have some evenings on the balcony after a day on the beach/exploring the island. However there is also a restaurant onsite and some restaurants within walking distance by the casino. We visited a couple of the restaurants nearby which were nice. Breakfast is ok, you get the same things everyday which can get tiresome after the second day, however it's good to get the day going and served quite early. If you have to pay extra for the breakfast I would not recommend it. It would be better to buy some things from the bakeries/supermarket close by (driving distance). The pool is lovely and quiet and there is a nice private beach for the hotel, with sun loungers and a bar. Renting a car is a must if you want to explore the island and there is plenty of parking at the hotel. The nicer beaches were in Le Gosier itself - we did not attempt to walk so I couldn't say how long it would take but it was about a 5min drive. Traffic on the island can be quite bad so if you get stuck in it a lot longer! The beaches on Basse Terre were amazing and had far less people on some of them, would highly recommend visiting. There was a particular member of staff at the hotel who was extremely friendly and the others were ok, a few members also speak English if you don't speak a lot of French. If I returned to Guadeloupe I would definitely stay again, as it's good value for money on the island. The location is also very good, as it's easy to visit both Basse Terre and Grand Terre and close to the airport.

The hotel rooms are too basic, no design at all, the restaurant food is bad and the breakfast too basic. The beach looks ok but has too many people. I am really disappointed with my first hotel in Guadalupe, however, i love the island.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel. The rooms was cosy and clean, staff was frendly. We tried local food which was delicious, local people are hospitable. We hope come back... and we recommend the Hotel to our friends too. Barbara from Hungary
