Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Each room is furnished with a bed, cotton linens, hangers, and clothing storage so you can unpack properly and treat the space as a genuine home base. Three full bathrooms - one per bedroom - keep mornings moving without any queuing. A hair dryer is available, and towels and toilet paper are provided throughout your stay.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home - refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a full set of dishes, bowls, cups, and silverware. Wine glasses are on hand for an evening in, and the dining table is a natural gathering point for shared meals or planning the next day over a map. Please note: despite appearing in the platform listing, cooking oil, salt, and pepper are not currently stocked in this unit.

 

Work & entertainment

Fast WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay, and a dedicated workspace means you can focus when work follows you on the road. When you are ready to switch off, the TV is there for your favorite shows - or simply let the Guadalajara skyline do the work as the city lights build after dark.

The building has an elevator and the unit is a single-level home with no internal stairs, making access easy for all guests. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed, and essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are prepared before you arrive.

 

Parking

This unit does not have a dedicated parking space within the building. If you are travelling by car, nearby parking options are available subject to availability - we are happy to point you in the right direction.

Close to Glorieta Minerva, you are in one of Guadalajara's most connected and lively neighborhoods. Paseo Chapultepec - lined with restaurants, galleries, and cafés - is within easy reach, as is the Historic Center with its landmark architecture and cultural institutions. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.





It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.

-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.



In case you have a car: this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.
