Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests, each set up with clothing storage, hangers, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets. With two full bathrooms, early mornings run smoothly - whether you're heading to a match or exploring the city's museums and markets. Bed linens, towels, and toilet paper are all provided.

 

Living space

The apartment sits on a single level - no internal stairs - and is reached via elevator, making arrivals easy regardless of how much luggage you're carrying. The layout is open without being oversized: a TV for winding down, a dedicated workspace for anyone mixing travel with remote work, and Wi-Fi throughout. Keypad self check-in and a private entrance mean you can arrive at any hour without coordination. A safe is available for valuables, and a fire extinguisher is in place.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who want to cook - refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table. A quick breakfast before the day's first fixture or a slower dinner after an afternoon in the barrio - the kitchen is ready for either.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms include hot water and a hair dryer. Everything you need for a clean start to the day, nothing you have to pack around.

 

Entertainment & family amenities

A ping pong table gives guests an easy option for downtime between outings. Families traveling with young children will find a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards all available.

 

Building facilities

The building offers access to a pool, gym, and BBQ grill. Bikes are available for guests. Resort access is included for nearby resort facilities. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

A note on waste management

All trash must be deposited in the chute located on the service stairs only - bags must not be left in hallways or common areas. Waste should be placed in tightly closed bags, preferably double-bagged. Bulky items or glass bottles should not go in the chute; these should be taken directly to the container in Basement 1. Any damage to the chute or related areas may result in repair charges or penalties. The team is available throughout your stay to assist with anything you need.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
