Positioned in one of Mexico's most dynamic cities, this is a calm, well-organized space for couples or solo travelers who want a reliable base without the noise of a hotel. Whether you're in town for a long weekend or settling in for weeks, the setup here takes care of the practical things so you can focus on the city.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom accommodates 2 guests with 1 bed dressed in fresh linens. Hangers and clothing storage are in place, so unpacking properly is easy whether you're staying a few nights or a few weeks. The private bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hot water - everything you need to keep your daily routine running without thinking about it.

 

Living and comfort

Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round, and Wifi and a TV give you the choice to stay plugged in or tune everything out. In-unit exercise equipment means you don't have to leave the apartment to get a session in. A carbon monoxide alarm is installed throughout, and a private entrance means your comings and goings stay your own.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully set up for real cooking - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, dishes and silverware are all here. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
