Reminder: This accommodation does not have a parking space. We recommend that you keep this in mind when planning your arrival.

Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
There are no parking spaces.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

*Pool reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance)

We would like to inform you that Plaza Pabellón, where our condominium is located, is currently undergoing a remodeling process. Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.
-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.
-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.
