Appartement bien situé qui mériterait tout de même un bon coup de neuf

Séjour agréable, très proche commerces, restaurants, port, plages, la propriété est vieillissante. Un bon coup de jeune serait nécessaire en plus de problèmes électriques à régler. Un manque de rangements (penderie en particulier) est à noter.

Le plus, c'est la vue mais question confort, c'est zéro . Plutôt vétuste et pas propre .

L'appartement est vétuste ,et pas propre.ne pas se fier aux photos..
