Arrive and feel good. On a surface of 60sqm awaits you a newly renovated apartment with high-end equipment in country house style and a generously developed ceiling area with exposed roof beams. The apartment Elbzeit is located on the first floor with a separate entrance. The 20sqm bedroom with a double bed 180x200 invites you to a good night's sleep. The integrated in the living room, fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. Induction hob, multi-function oven with integrated microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood are of course available. A TV flat screen, as well as a radio with CD, provide entertainment. The existing Wi-Fi connection can be used free of charge. Furthermore, the facilities include a shower room with floor-level shower, hair dryer, towel warmer and make-up mirror. The toilet is separate. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the balcony to the east or to the southwest side. The apartment has a parking space directly at the house. For bicycles brought a lockable bicycle shed is available.
