The home is located in a quaint one-entrance forty-two home neighborhood. with two common areas This home overlooks a pond with a pavilion and playground across the street. The second common area features a small beautifully landscaped strolling area and sitting areas, including a putting green.

It is also close to Evans which hosts restaurants, adult beverage outlets, a movie theater, and shopping. centers and the Performing Arts Center. Located in the heart of Evans, is Evans Towne Center Park (ETCP) which is home to the following amenities, helping to bring memorable experiences during your visit.
