Hi, welcome to my cozy and clean vintage cottage built by my Grandfather! Enjoy Grover Beach! You will have the entire cottage to yourself with a backyard (BBQ included), frontyard, and private driveway. It's walking proximity to the beach, and close enough to a train station should you use the railway.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
