Groveland Golf Course Gem

Location is ideal for Pine Mountain Lake adventures. The golf course is beautiful and well maintained. The condo is very spacious with many amenities and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much.

filthy condo. I wouldn't walk on carpet without shoes it was so dirty and stained. Couldn't use patio because of the paint and wood splintered and infested with termites. The wood on the patio trim or facia board was split and coming off the roof . Patio was very gross with old furniture and it wasn't very clean. crumbs in silverware drawer, airflow vent in hall was filthy. The condo complex is in disrepair and needs to be completely painted and the inside needs paint and updating. Creepy closets with dirty random stuff. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in

The home was well cleaned and well equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay.The third room is accessible by going out through the back door, and a little confusing at night. Instructions for dumping garbage would be helpful. A few suggestions for improvement: Add ziploc bags , alum foil and Cling wrap to take food for hikes or store. Add a light to the front since it was difficult to find the number listed and a neighbor helped us

Great host!

Lindsey was a wonderful host. Communicated with us prior to our arrival to ensure we get into the property ok. We came with two vehicles and so it was nice there was other available parking spots in front of the home. There were some kitchen tools we wished there were: larger serving spoons + bowls, a pair of scissors, but we managed to make it work.

Beautiful, restful, pictureesque, cozy, and comfortable are the words that come to mind. Owner very responsive. Home clean and wonderfully prepared with all you need, including coffee and warm blankets. Sit on the backside deck overlooking the 1st tee of the golf course with a hot coffee. Thank you! We'll be back.

Decent stay

The place was spacious and comfortable. It had an elegant feel on the inside. We comfortably fit 10 (2 kids on an air mattress) + a baby. We had a wheelchair bound grandmother and this was tricky. I wish the outside lights to the patio and the back patio lights to the lower bedroom were automatic. The outer deck could use another coat of paint. It took a while to figure out the keypad and lock. We couldn't get the stove to work at all. The view was good. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Nice Rental, close to Yosemite

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! It was very spacious and provided great space for myself, my husband, and our 2 kids! Efforts have been made to update most of the townhome, especially in the kitchen which is a great space. The property is about 30 minutes from the Yosemite entrance gate, so it was pretty convenient for an option outside of the park. The home also has a great view overlooking the 1st tee on the golfcourse. We were also visited by several deer one evening outside the back deck! The hill and mountain views were fantastic as well. I would recommend that the floors in the property could use an extensive cleaning (both the carpets and the hardwoods). Also, each of the tubs and shower curtains need a good cleaning. Otherwise, everything else was great!
