On the mezzanine floor of a recently restored art nouveau villa, it is possible to rent an independent apartment composed of a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a portion of a private garden equipped with a table and chairs, an umbrella lounger. Appliances present: TV, washing machine, electric oven, fridge with freezer. Botticino marble floors and travertine wall tiles. Possibility to rent also the adjacent apartment of 85 square meters if available. Small pets are allowed if they are quiet and polite. The beach is on the other side of the road. Possibility to park inside the property and to rent bicycles. At check-in a security deposit of 300 euros is required, refundable upon check out.
