Apartment in the village of Alberese, about 4 km from the farmhouse, near the Park Visitor Center, the cycle path to the sea, and the beach shuttle departure point, in a brand-new residential complex, elegantly furnished and complete with all comforts.
This spacious apartment, ideal for a group of friends or large families, features three bedrooms: two quadruple bedrooms and a double bedroom, two of which have balconies. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. There's a spacious living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a 40-square-meter, covered and well-lit panoramic terrace with a table for outdoor dining, independent heating and air conditioning, four 32" TVs, and convenient parking.
Bed linens, towels, and tablecloths are provided. Changes can be made upon request for a fee.
The apartment can accommodate up to 12 people using the sofa bed in the living room.
A crib can be added for a supplement of €15.00 per stay.
Small pets are allowed upon request for a fee of €15.00 per day.
Maximum occupancy is 10-12.
