Beautiful resort. 13 apartments in the residence. 3 km from the centre of Grosseto, 7 km from the centre of Principina a Mare, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 15.May. - 10.Oct.). Outdoor shower, tennis (1 x hard court), floodlit (extra), table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: reception, restaurant, internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Linen change weekly. Breakfast and half board possible. Parking on the premises.
