Das Objekt ist sehr geflegt aber in die Jahre gekommen. In den Fluren sieht man garnichts ohne Licht. Kein Fenster, nichts. Im Flur oben hat schon die Tapete gefehlt. In meiner Wohnung sind die Steckdosen schon aus der Wand gefallen. Und der Balkon war von Vögeln bewohnt. Wlan ging auch nicht.
