Welcome to our apartment "Penthouse Coast Magic"
The apartment "Penthouse Coast Magic" is located in the 3rd and 4th Floor of the 2016 completed house coast magic in the beach park Grossenbrode. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.
On about 60 m², the apartment offers the perfect setting for your holiday and "sea".
The kitchen is equipped with all small and large kitchen utensils - ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave etc.
For a relaxed evening in the cozy living room or for bridging smaller showers are at your flat screen TV, Blue-Ray player, various board and card games, WiFi, and for the "small and big gamblers" a PS 4 available - and of course a small selection of books. In the colder / ungemütlicheren season a glass of wine or a nice glass of grog tastes front of the fireplace perhaps still a little bit better.
The accessible from the living area, screened from view south / south / west terrace invites you to linger and made possible by your location offers complete privacy.
The spacious master bedroom offers a "double bed" consisting of two single beds (90x200) - which you can also isolate on request - as well as a chest of drawers and a cupboard. Moderne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Ausstattung mit Möbeln gut. Elektrogeräte alle vorhandenen und in einem guten Zustand. Auch die Multimedia Ausstattung perfekt. Wlan dank separater Fritzbox sehr leistungsstark. Verbesserungs Möglichkeit sind Haltegriff und Ablage in der Dusche . Fahrradständer am Haus fehlen!
