Thoughts from a NYC Resident
This home was located in a good neighborhood near many attractions, as listed in the details. It was difficult for some of our drivers to find. I was not provided with instructions on how to access the property beforehand. I had troubled getting in contact with the owner and he was not responsive through the app. Once we were able to get on the phone, he provided instructions for the check-in process which was seamless. The property is in a shared lot with two other properties that the owner has. During our stay, there were two other groups of people staying in attached homes, but with separate doors. Meaning the pool and gym was shared with the groups occupying the other spaces. There was space to park on the property but the gate to get into it was locked leaving those with cars to park on the grass outside of the gate. The place could’ve been much cleaner. In the upstairs master bathroom, there was a wet rag was left on the counter of the bathroom sink. The bidet didnt look clean enough to use. The bathroom door barely opened so people who are not slim would not be able to fit into the shower. The couch in the master bedroom was full of ants and anything that was placed on the couch got ants on it. The couch in the middle bedroom wasn' cleaned. The listing states there are 4 bedrooms but the one of the first floor was locked. The stove did not work on its own. The house was very spacious and it allowed for my 5 friends and I to be there without feeling crowded. The AC work
