Staff was amazing !! Clean rooms but very basic if you don’t upgrade. There was no upgrade left by the time we booked, and I was a little disappointed . Absolutely loved the scenery, food, people, the London pub at night and the excursion we did to the active volcano with Queen B. We stayed at this all-inclusive resort in St. Lucia for our honeymoon and would rate it a little over 3 stars overall. While the setting was beautiful and it was nice to experience St. Lucia together, the resort itself felt fairly average for the price point. Service at the restaurants was consistently very slow, with long waits for food and drinks throughout our stay. The entertainment was decent but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t feel special or elevated enough to justify the cost. A pleasant trip, just not one we’d be in a rush to return to given the value.

My daughter's Wedding was beautiful photographer was the best rooms were not taken care of no towels no refrigerator stocked staff in some restaurants were rude won't go back.

The property was beautiful. Our meals at all of the reservation restaurants were delicious. Many friendly staff members. The start of the week not so much. Definitely improved. Not sure why?? Jamaica hurricane disruption?? The room was nice but hardly spotless. Towels and trash were taken care of, nothing special.
